SECURE SITE REACTIVE MAINTENANCE THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE AND ENSURES COMPLETE SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE
Our DBS clearance ensures that we are able to quickly react when certain clients have secure sites where only approved personnel and technicians are allowed to enter. This was the case for one of our long term clients who had an issue with rain water entering the building through one of there entrance points. We sent our teams in to investigate what the root cause was and then put in place a full fix solution to ensure it was water tight and safe.
PROJECT WORKS
To carry out investigative work to find the root cause of leak and issue. Pull up existing internal matting and external slabs. Installation of new Acco drainage system to external door entrances and then make good pathways, whilst reinstalling new threshold matting to internal areas.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
The team delivered a reactive solution that enabled the building and entrance ways to be quickly operational whilst also stopping the leaks. The Acco drainage system also acts as a preventative measure to help ensure that the problem doesn’t return and cause further damage and expense.

PROJECT WORKS
Installation of 30lm of Armco Barrier complete with 3.2 Beams, 560mm posts, fishtail and pedestrian end, along with all fixings to exterior areas for new Birkdale Sales logistics building, Coventry.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
The team installed over 30 linear meters of Armco Barriers along with setting all posts to the concrete floor using high strength fixings. To ensure that the Armco Barrier doesn’t fail, they also galvanised sprayed the cut ends to help reduce rusting. The final result looks absolutely fantastic and now makes the site more compliant and safe for both employees and visitors.

Global Experience Specialists, GES are all about delivering great experiences and that starts from the moment you walk into the building and use their facilities.
We had the pleasure to refit their reception toilets at their offices in Coventry. All work was completed by our in house team of skilled operatives, including: plastering, plumbing, electrics, carpentry, painting. Plus, to make sure the toilets stood the test of time, we used SGL panels throughout for its water resistance properties – the final result looks great and certainly helps freshen up this commonly used area for customers.
