A FULL TURNKEY KITCHEN INSTALL FOR ENVISAGE

A NEW OPEN KITCHEN AREA TO FEED THE AMBITION

Envisage Group is an engineering service provider, focused on creating beautifully bespoke engineered vehicles and products. FMS UK Group have been a key facilities management partner for Envisage for a number of years and have undertaken numerous projects for them, as well as regular contracted preventive maintenance works. Recently Envisage wanted to upgrade their street concept area and asked us to help design and install a new open plan kitchen area within their new state-of-the-art design studios., Coventry.

PROJECT WORKS
This was a full turn key solution for Envisage as they wanted to ensure that it was completed to a set timeframe and budget. Within the design and planning stages, structural and electrical surveys were undertaken. Plus, as part of the build, new steel lintels were added to open up the office space behind to house the new kitchen area. Our multi skilled team at FMS Uk Group also handled all the electrical, plumbing, wall protection, carpentry, kitchen install and final decoration.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

Makeney Hall Hotel Refurbishment

A BESPOKE VICTORIAN HOTEL REFURBISHMENT IN THE HEART OF DERBYSHIRE

Over the past few months we’ve had the pleasure to be working closely with the team at Makeney Hall Hotel, Derbyshire to completely transform the hotel and customer room experience. This beautiful hotel already has a lot to offer it’s guests – so the outline was to retain the Victorian boutique feel, but elevate it to an even more enriched standard whilst ensuring that each guest has a memorable stay. Our interior decoration team, along with Emma Barns from Magna Design went all out and the final results are just delightful and stunning.

PROJECT WORKS
As always preparation is key, so we stripped all the rooms back to reveal any issues. Once these had been rectified, we were then able to transform each room with a bespoke individual theme that would enhance the experience. Each room additionally offers scrumptious furnishings married with new bathroom suites, modern amenities and a blend of Victorian elegance.
