SCHOOLS OUT FOR SUMMER... WE LINE IT UP AND MAKE IT COMPLIANT AND SAFE FOR CITY COLLEGE
What a fantastic summer it’s been for the team here FMSUK-Group – so we’re happy to be making all that noise about the projects we’ve completed over the past few weeks, whilst the schools and colleges we support are out on their summer breaks. This time makes it ideal to get the essential compliance safety jobs complete without the students being around. It also ensures that when students arrive back, they are in safe and functional environments for learning.
PROJECT WORKS
Coventry College asked us to rework their existing line marking for various locations across the campus to ensure that when term starts they along with their students are fully compliant and safe with clear visible line markings.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
The team got to work on marking Parking bays, EV bays, Disabled bays, Double yellow lines and Directional arrows. It was an exceptional job considering the time frame and we now have one very happy client.

A NEW VACCINE CENTRE FOR COVENTRY & WARWICKSHIRE NHS TRUST PARTNERSHIPS
SUPPORTING THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WITH A VACCINE CENTRE THAT IS FIT FOR PURPOSE
FMS UK Group are big supporters of local community initiatives, so when the chance presents itself we wholeheartedly offer up the services of our skilled team to make a difference with the local area. On this occasion we helped renovate a disused space at Coventry & North Warwickshire Tennis Club into a new permanent vaccination centre for the Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust.
PROJECT WORKS
Full strip down of existing interior rooms and space to give a clean canvas to erect new walls for vaccination, consulting rooms. Installation of new electrics, lighting, flooring, doorways and full decoration of the space.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
The team absolutely delivered on this project and revitalised the space and into a fully functional vaccination centre within the tennis club. Already the centre has been put into good use and has become an essential place for the NHS Trust carry out much needed support within the local community.

Woodlands Neurological Rehabilitation Centre Refurbishment
A JOB WELL DONE IN YORK PROVIDING MUCH NEEDED PATIENT CARE ROOMS
Recently, we started work at the Woodlands Neurological Rehabilitation Centre, York to rework the some old office space into two much needed en-suite patient care rooms.
With any project we undertake, we first have to make sure that the site is fully safe and compliant before our teams start to work. Once on site, our skilled trades working from approved structural drawings set about installing the relevant steel work, brickwork, plasterwork, glazing, plumbing, full electrical rewire, flooring and redecoration.
The space now has been totally transformed and looks amazing – it’s completely fit for its intended purpose and we hope that all who use it reap the benefits of the wonderful care the centre provide.
