Tosca approached FMS UK Group with a clear objective: to raise lighting levels in their operational warehouse while reducing long-term energy usage and ongoing maintenance costs. Their existing high bay lighting system was outdated, inefficient, and costly to run, posing challenges in both operational performance and energy compliance.

Our Solution

After an initial site assessment, our engineering team identified key areas where light levels were underperforming and energy consumption was excessive. We proposed a full like-for-like replacement of 35 existing fittings, along with the installation of 1 additional unit to optimise overall coverage.

The chosen solution: 150W UFO-style LED high bay fittings, known for their superior brightness, energy efficiency, and reliability in industrial settings.
