SECURE SITE REACTIVE MAINTENANCE THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE AND ENSURES COMPLETE SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE

Our DBS clearance ensures that we are able to quickly react when certain clients have secure sites where only approved personnel and technicians are allowed to enter. This was the case for one of our long term clients who had an issue with rain water entering the building through one of there entrance points. We sent our teams in to investigate what the root cause was and then put in place a full fix solution to ensure it was water tight and safe.

PROJECT WORKS
To carry out investigative work to find the root cause of leak and issue. Pull up existing internal matting and external slabs. Installation of new Acco drainage system to external door entrances and then make good pathways, whilst reinstalling new threshold matting to internal areas.

WHAT WE DELIVERED
The team delivered a reactive solution that enabled the building and entrance ways to be quickly operational whilst also stopping the leaks. The Acco drainage system also acts as a preventative measure to help ensure that the problem doesn’t return and cause further damage and expense.
