CREATING MORE SPACE AND FUNCTIONALITY FOR DAIMLER BUSES UK WITH A FRESH NEW REFURBISHMENT

Daimler Buses UK asked FMS UK Group to rework and refurbish one of their key office spaces and boardroom. They wanted to create a more open plan environment with additional functionality to enable their workforce to work more efficiently and productively. All the works had to be carried out whilst the office was in use, so health and safety played a massive part of the project, along with dust control to ensure everything was kept clean and workable.

PROJECT WORKS
Implementation of all compliance, health an safety measures. Installation of dust control within designated areas. Removal of technology and electronics. Preparation of areas to include removal of walls, windows, ceilings, glasswork. Erection of new walls, internal glass dividers, ceiling grids, electrics, networking, carpet tiles and LED lighting

WHAT WE DELIVERED
The team did an amazing job on this project and delivered to budget and timeframe. The space now has been completely opened up and transformed. It now offers a more productive area for colleagues to work and engage in, plus it also includes a whole raft of technology and more efficient systems to help reduce costs in terms of lighting and ventilation. The client was absolutely delighted with the end result and always positive to receive great comments during and afterwards.
