A COMPLETE NEW INTERIOR TRANSFORMATION FOR CHAPLIN HOUSE

As part of a full office refurbishment programme Chaplin House, Uxbridge asked FMS UK Group to rework their existing office spaces to make them more appealing and usable for potential new tenants. The existing space was tired and well used, with inherent issues that needed to be sorted out. As part of the renovation we were also asked to refit the kitchen area, whilst also reworking the space to create new working areas and offices.

PROJECT WORKS
The team were assigned to completely strip down and prepare the site for all works. Full works included: Electrical testing, rewiring, floor box changes and data cabling. New LED lighting. Heating and Plumbing testing and additional works if required. Installation of new kitchen area with seating. Full decoration throughout an erection of new furniture.

WHAT WE DELIVERED
The team pulled out all the stops on this project due to the tight deadline and schedule. All projects works were completed on time and agreed budget. The full transformation of the space was amazing and the client absolutely delighted with the final result and this has resulted in more work been booked in.
